What is an Ecophone?

“Ecophone” is a term coined by Ecophonic to define its speakers.

Thus, an ecophone is a handcrafted gadget made with ecological materials that amplifies the sound in a natural way according to the physical principles of acoustics.

What kind of finish is used in Ecophones?

Each ecophonic piece is individually waxed with hand-applied natural waxes and oils and hand polished with a cotton or linen cloth.

Are Ecophonic products really handmade in Spain?

Would EcoPhonic be the only sound system I would need?

Ecophonic is not intended to be a substitute for audio equipment.

Unique and artisan pieces are made as a magnificent complement to your smartphone and that provides a more than acceptable level of sound amplification.

In addition, it can be given other alternative uses such as viewing videos and holding conversations in hands-free mode, listening to the radio or even putting the alarm clock or an alarm on your mobile.

What does “passive amplification ” mean?

Passive amplification consists in generating sound amplification without the need for external power sources.

All our products are based solely on the external speaker output of the device.

It is the design of our speakers that provides an increase in volume production and bass and midrange gain.

Are all ecophones the same?

Because our products are made in natural woods and their manufacturing process is handmade, no product is exactly the same as another.

The veins and shades in the same tree can have noticeable differences depending on the wood coming from the part closest to the bark or is closer to the core.

We use sustainable forest trees for our ecophones and we have been able to see very significant differences between two products obtained from the same tree.

Precisely that difference makes our speakers a unique and unrepeatable product.

Wood is alive, it thinks, every Ecophonic® is a unique product.

The images shown are only a visual reference of color and shape.

*None of our products are delivered with telephone terminal.

Do I have to register before buying?

O make a purchase it is not necessary to register, you simply have to fill in your data in the order process.

Do the prices listed on the website include VAT?

Yes.

Do the prices listed on the website include shipping costs?

Yes.

Can I place an order and be invoiced with the data of a company?

Yes, and for this you must provide us with the tax data in the section ” DNI / CIF”

What is the amount of shipping costs?

None. The prices listed on the website include this expense.

What is the delivery time for an order?

The delivery time is between 1 and 2 working days.

Will I be notified when the product is shipped?

Once the order is in the premises of the courier agency you will be notified by SMS to your mobile phone in which you will be informed of the shipping code, the estimated delivery date and the phone number of the courier agency that is processing your order.

What happens when the Courier can not deliver the order because there is no one at my address?

In cases where it is not possible to make a first delivery, The Courier will try to deliver a second time the next day at no cost.

In the event that for the second time you are not at your home, they will send an email or SMS with instructions on how to resolve the issue.

Can I indicate a specific delivery time?

During the purchase process, you can indicate the time you prefer in the section “delivery preferences”.

However, we cannot guarantee that delivery will take place at a specific time, as courier companies have established routes and cannot always change them.

In these cases, we advise you to indicate an alternative delivery address, where you do not have problems with the schedule.

What is the amount of shipping costs?

If the purchase is for an amount equal to or greater than 35 € there are no additional shipping costs.
For lower purchases, the amount is €5.90

What is the delivery time for an order from the Balearic Islands?

The delivery time is between 2 and 3 working days

For cases in which it is not possible to deliver the order in hand, the subsequent processing will be the one that in each country has implemented the Postal Service.

How can I pay for my purchase?

Payments can be made by credit card, debit card or Paypal.

I have completed an order paid via card, but I have no record that the payment was successful

Currently, almost all banks have profits to prevent fraud. Therefore, when you place your order and proceed to make the payment it is possible that you will be asked for some type of additional key of your card. In these cases you must contact your financial institution to inform you about it.

How can I tell if they have received payment for my order?

Once the payment has been validated you will receive an order confirmation message in your email account.

What damages does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. In these cases you will receive, at no additional cost, a new product.

How many years warranty do the products have?

The warranty is valid for 24 months.

How can I process the warranty?

You must request it by email to hola@ecophonic.com and within a maximum period of 72 hours we will contact you to start your process.

If I make a purchase that I don’t like, Can I return it?

Yes. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase you will have a period of 14 working days to return the purchased product.

The date of the proof of delivery will serve for the purposes of calculating the term referred to.

Products that have been customized at the request of the customer will not be returned unless they are defective products.

How can I make a return?

You have two ways to make the return:

  1. Sending the product to ECOPHONIC ECOSPEAKER, S. L. Calle del Oro, number 7, Pozuelo de Alarcón (28223)
  2. Communicating by mail to hola@ecophonic.com the intention to return the product. In this case our staff will contact you to process the return process.

Does it cost me to make a return?

If you make the return because you are not satisfied with the product, we will refund the cost of the product, but the shipping costs are at your own expense.

If the return is due to a defect of the product, we assume the entire costs.
