Who processes your data?
What rights do you have and where can you exercise them?
You may request the exercise of your rights by sending a letter to ECOPHONIC at the above address or by sending an e-mail to email@example.com providing a copy of your identity document and indicating your name and surname, an address for the purpose of notifications and the right you wish to exercise:
|Access:||To consult your data obtaining confirmation on whether or not a treatment of them is being carried out.|
|Modification:||To modify data that are incomplete or inaccurate.|
|Deletion:||To request their deletion when they are no longer necessary, when required by law, when you withdraw your consent or when you object to their processing, among other reasons.|
|Opposition||To request that they are not processed for reasons based on personal circumstances, in which case, once these reasons have been analysed, they will no longer be processed.|
|Limitation of processing:||To block the processing while assessing whether other rights should be exercised, when you object to their deletion, or when you want them to be kept, even if the company does not need to process them, for the exercise or defence of your claims.|
|Portability:||To obtain in electronic format the personal data that you have provided and those that we have obtained during your relationship with the company.|
|To be free from automated individual decisions:||To challenge any decision which you believe may affect your rights and freedoms or legitimate interests and which is based on an automated decision, including profiling.|
|Withdrawal of consent:||So that your data will no longer be processed, which will not affect the processing carried out up to that point.|
You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the law.
